Star Brake Inc

If I could leave zero stars, I would. After having a mobile mechanic try to fix my a/c, he referred me to start brake. They kept my truck for almost 6 months and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They even had a third party come look at it. When I dropped my truck off to them, it had almost a full tank of gas. When I picked up my truck, all the back seats were folded down with items just thrown everywhere including my front floorboard mat. I barely had enough gas to get home and the a/c seemed to be worse than it was when I first dropped it off. Then my son pointed out some pretty deep gasses on the door handle. I couple days after I got it back I drove to a friend's house. When I went to leave, my truck wouldn't start. Come to find out they just set the battery cables on the battery without even tightening them on. And last but not least, someone please tell me how my odometer went from 140, 302 miles to 140, 119. I guess that would explain an empty tank of gas?

OMG. From the time I walked into this location on Lucas in Beaumont, I felt welcomed. I was greeted with smiling faces. My car didn’t take long to be pulled in once I got there. Cody was a pleasure, personable, thorough, and had no problem explaining and showing me as he explained what was needed. He didn’t try to bombard me with everything else I knew I needed done, but offered an estimation if I wanted. Good guy. And Ms. Nora was amazing. We had a meaningful and much needed conversation while I waited for my vehicle that didn’t take too long to get done. I was recommended by discount tires shop to go here, and I thank God I did. I just might allow them to do my much needed work on other areas of my car I need. Their service is GREAT, and I don’t believe they try to nickel and dime you like you would think most businesses try to do, especially if you’re a female. Give them a try guys. Everyone’s experience isn’t like your own, but I believe you won’t be disappointed! I am D. Jones by the way who came in for my brakes and rotors replacement. Oh and they come with a warranty that includes roadside assistance too. Unless u bring in ur own brakes, they don’t. But hey at least that’s

Finally I found a place I can trust they treated me with kindness and respect. And they were very careful with my underglows. Just wanted to say thank you and you have a customer for life.
